Curators from St. Petersburg and Tyumen teamed up to create an exhibition “To the City and the World” at “Kontora parokhodstva” public space. The show is dedicated to the idea that a work of contemporary art is, first of all, a way of communication between the artist and the viewer, and only then an actual statement. The theme of the exhibition is the relationship of a person with himself, his or her home, technologies and occasions. The exhibition features works by artists from Saratov, Tyumen, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk and Moscow.
“I am” project by Olga Mikhalchuk has become a significant part of the exposition, harmoniously completing the logic of its construction in the gallery space.
