Olga Mikhalchuk tried herself as a curator for the first time, collecting together works from her Art school mates and favorite emerging artists from past common group shows. She suggested to them use the everyday life space as white cube and to intervene with their art pieces to the flat, living rooms and entrance hall of the block house.
The work “I am” series was firstly presented to the viewers in prints. For the show Olga used her wardrobe and fixed 9 pieces on the doors behind which there were situated her clothes — a big part of project in pictures.
Art-manager Vera Maslova from Science.me, anthropologist Roman Korolev from University of Lisbon, sound engineer Nikita Smirnov, political and cinema reviewer Vladislav Mikhalev and programmer Roman Dorodnev held the cultural and educational program of the event with lectures and discussions.
